The Spectrox Journey
Spectrox Welding Services (SWS) based in Delhi, which is an associate company of Spectrox Technical Services (STS) operating from Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) for the past 40 years. STS first introduced the roller roughening process in India in 1981 using imported Azucar80 electrodes. SWS started operations from Delhi more recently in 2010 and since then have garnered a reputation of being a reliable supplier of topmost quality material to the extent that mills prefer to buy from us even when we are not the L1 supplier.
We firmly believe in the dictum of quality over quantity and keep our operations customer specific and not sales specific.
Our geographical penetration is spread across all the major sugar producing states of India like, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Haryana. We have received letters certifying the excellent quality of our products from major mills in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Sugar Mill Kit Welding Machine
The Sugar Mill Kit (SMK) is a portable welding machine designed to weld crusher rolls used in the sugar industry. With this lightweight piece of automated equipment, you can carry out arcing, rebuilding and teardrop welding of the sugar rolls to optimise crushing efficiency and prolong service life. The machine can also be used for welding other components used in sugar mills, such as trash plates. Our SMK machine, combined with our hardfacing welding wires dedicated to the sugar industry, provides an advanced wear solution for sugar mills operating across the globe.

To reinforce this belief we have introduced QR codes on every box for immediate confirmation of material composition and country of origin along with date of manufacture.
All our hard facing electrodes will have the highest percentage of chromium (30% and above) and the best quality minerals available as Lincoln Electric also has their own mines and makes premium quality products based on the strategy of “bean to bar”.
